Providing practical training
Using qualified trainers with extensive Police experience, FLS Global will deliver a training course which provides key staff with the confidence to deal with those suffering, in a professional but caring manner.
Our one-day course focuses on two elements, interacting with a family in crisis and the workings of the UK legal system in respect of deaths and injuries abroad. Whilst the circumstances and occurrences of each incident will be different, these two rudiments are common to all. Understanding these essentials will empower staff within your Crisis Management Centre to act with assurance in support of FLS Global representatives working abroad to the benefit of the casualty, their family and your company.
Seminars into stress management
We also offer a half day seminar providing insight into how to identify and manage the stress both within yourself and colleagues. This gives your crisis management staff a unique grounding, giving them the resilience required at times of crisis.
Recognising that Senior Management have accountable roles in crisis, we also provide real time scenario training where the decision making of leaders can be tested. This whole exercise is all about learning, reflecting on judgement, seeking advice, delegating and long term thinking in order to augment your company’s response and reputation in crisis.
